Literasia was established in 2019, initially as a news website covering the Southeast Asian publishing industry. We quickly identified a significant opportunity: to bridge the gap between Indonesian literary talent and the global publishing market. Recognizing the vast potential of Indonesian authors and illustrators, in 2020, we expanded to become a leading literary agency. As one of the few dedicated literary agencies in Indonesia, Literasia is uniquely positioned to represent and promote Indonesian titles internationally, and facilitate the introduction of global works to the Indonesian market. In 2023, we officially registered as PT Literasia Olah Karya Asia (LOKA), offering specialized services in book trade, event organization, management, and consultation.
